When the Beatles visited Monaco, they were offered the chance to climb inside this 2-man sub. Ringo Starr, the most adventurous of the 4, only lasted a few seconds before coming out, declaring it to be madness.
Their next album included an iconic tribute to this little yellow submarine.
Luckily, the Grimaldi family chapel was open to see.
Headstones for the generations of Grimaldi are laid out behind the alter. The last two, in the order they died, were Princess Grace and Princess Rainier.
